The concepts and tools shared are grounded in the latest discoveries in neuroscience, positive psychology, leadership and wellness research. An intact work team session to identify and align to the North Star for the team; co-create vision & strategy, strategic capabilities and operating behaviors.
The environment allows for all voices and perspectives to be heard in order to co-create a plan to which all members are aligned. We use an organizational design approach to enable the system to drive the strategy.
The team will:
Create a vision of what is possible
Define organizational capabilities
Design an organizational model that will execute the strategy to create competitive advantage
Define team operating rules for behavior

A holistic coaching program for teams (intact work teams, project groups, Business Resource Groups, etc.) utilizing an experiential process of reflection, connection and support. Team members utilize strength assessments, feedback and peer coaching to identify goals and behaviors that will enable the team to function as its best self with a high level of psychological safety. The concepts and tools are grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, leadership and wellness research. Assessments include Gallup Clifton Strengths, Psychological Safety (Amy Edmonson Fearless Organization).
This program enables teams to:
Operate and make decisions grounded in their values, strengths & purpose
Hold an authentic space for the team to connect & belong
Challenge assumptions and innovate due to increased psychological safety
Hold each other accountable to taking care of their own wellbeing

An intact work team session to accelerate the integration of the new leader into the team.
This session provides an opportunity for the team to define and align on expectations and goals. The team is provided space to discuss and raise questions/topics without the leader in the room. When the leader re-joins the team, the information and feedback is provided anonymously to create a safe and transparent discussion.
This process allows for:
Mutual expectations defined and agreed upon
Open and honest 2 way dialogue between team and leader
Modeling transparency and open communication as the “way of operating” as a team
Increasing effectiveness as a team due to accelerated integration of team

This program develops leaders by:
Immersing them into a “wicked problem” that does not have a clear answer
Partnering with social entrepreneurs who are adept at leading change and systemic innovation
Collaborating and relationship building with cross functional colleagues in an atypical environment
Providing an opportunity to focus on purpose led challenge

Wholehearted Leadership is an individual holistic coaching program to support business, professional and personal goals. A coaching relationship supports the employee in defining purpose oriented goals and an implementable action plan. The coaching environment allows a safe space to reflect and ingest valuable feedback to encourage the employee’s best self. This investment develops braver, bolder leaders who will stretch beyond what is comfortable for them. This coaching approach includes well-being tools and practices to support the whole person which increases resilience and effectiveness. Assessments include Gallup Clifton Strengths, Psychological Safety (optional).
