Our participants engage in an experiential process of reflection, connection and support. We use various tools to guide the participants through this experience. In the Reflection phase, participants will receive feedback and work through self-assessments to identify strengths, values, and purpose. In the Connection phase, participants will share their findings with their peer coach, learn how to coach each other and create action plans to fulfill their potential of living their unique best selves. And finally in the Support phase, the participant leverages the collective group to create a system of support to commit to and execute the action plan.
